For a managed company you take over the daily work on behalf of the seller.

What you can do
---------------

On behalf of a managed company you manage, among other things:

- Products and product import
- Orders and order fulfillment
- Customers, CRM and price requests
- Pricing rules
- Company data, addresses and settings

What is not possible
--------------------

- **Ordering:** agents have no cart and no checkout.
- The managed company itself cannot edit certain details, such as the seller terms and seller settings. You maintain these as the agent.

Agent options
-------------

In the seller settings of the managed company, two special options are available:

- **Appear as seller:** hides the "sold by" note.
- **Use sales agent terms:** uses your seller terms.
